We offer personal loans for just about anything, from holidays, home renovations, car purchases, debt consolidation, etc. Our personal loans are primarily for Australian front liners, meaning we give utmost priority to giving financial assistance to healthcare workers, emergency service officers, police, teachers, and firefighters. 

Honouring our Aussie heroes is the heart of what we do so make sure that we put our front liners on the top of our priority list. To be able to apply for a SureMoney personal loan, you must be:  

  • 18 years of age or above 
  • Employed Full Time 
  • Part of any of the following sectors:  
  • Health Industry: nurse, midwife medical technician, nursing support, personal care workers, dental assistants, nutrition professionals, personal care consultants, indigenous health workers, receptionists, radiologists, pathologists, therapists, etc. 
  • Education Industry: teacher, assistant teacher, professor, principals, librarians, counsellors, special education teachers, child care centre managers, etc. 
  • Emergency Services: paramedic, police, drop officer, correctional officer, emergency response coordinator, police officer, emergency management specialist, fire or ambulance officer, firefighter, etc. 

To make sure you get through the process as smoothly as possible, we recommend you to prepare the following identification and necessary documents prior to applying for a loan: 

  • Valid Australian ID such as driver’s license or passport: Your physical driver’s license is needed for the liveness test which is part of the identification process 
  • Working email address and mobile number: We will be sending you important directions, links, and information via your email address and mobile number so please make sure they are working when you sign up. 
  • Bank Statements: To assess your financial fitness, we will be needing to review your bank statements. Don’t worry, we have partnered with BankStatements by Illion to safely and securely retrieve your bank statements instantly. You can learn more about their safe and secure process here. 

 

Through BankStatements by Illion, all you have to do is log in to your preferred bank and choose the account/s you want to retrieve and share. Your information will remain encrypted and secured during the entire session.  

It is our obligation to make sure that your financial journey with SureMoney is easy and secure. This is why we’ve partnered with EziDebit as our primary online payment option. This trusted institution features world-class security that ensures your data is secured even if transactions are online. 

We prioritise personal loan applications of full-time employees within the health, education, and emergency services industry only. While we continuously improve our services, we currently do not offer loans to borrower with Centrelink as their sole income source. 

Given you have passed all the qualifications and identification, processing and disbursement of the loan can take from 1 to 5 working days.  

SureMoney offers loan terms from 12 months up to 60 months. 

SureMoney’s loans are fixed rates, meaning your monthly repayment amount remains the same within your loan duration. We charge a minimal monthly account-keeping fee of $10 to ensure our system is secured and stable – so we can continue to serve you and more of our Australian heroes. 

 

We also charge a one-off establishment fee of $525 which is deducted from the final approved loan prior to fund disbursement. To know more about our rates and fees, click here.
